Core values
Raw
-living addiction free, away from harmful foods, living in a supportive environment for whomever needs the space to heal properly. Also for raising children, we believe it is better they are not exposed to intoxicants until they are mature enough.
Family
-A tribe of people whom we feel strongly attached. Making this bond healthy and thriving, through daily/weekly practices that will assure it.
Non-Violent-Communication
- It focuses on three aspects of communication: self-empathy (defined as a deep and compassionate awareness of one's own inner experience), empathy (understanding and sharing an emotion expressed by another), and honest self-expression (defined as expressing oneself authentically in a way that is likely to inspire compassion in others).
Education
- The world is full of suffering, not only humans, and we believe the main cause is ignorance and lack of strenght and information. So bringing awareness and power to the world is a priority in order to live in a peaceful world.
Veganism
- We find the label important, for it represent a full boycott of animal exploitation or killing.
Food sustainability
- For most people, food is the main expense, and source of intoxication. Once we have our own food, we can focus on helping others in the world getting their essential need of food met, and no better way to do that while being fueled by pure organic food grown in a permaculture way.
Inner peace
- We all understand that diet and natural living is not everything, which is why we highly encourage everyone to practice some sort of spirituality.
